Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD) provides opportunities for I-II-III-year undergraduate students for one year of full-time, non-degree study in the US. I-year students will attend community colleges and live in campus housing or with American host families. II and III-year students will attend 4-year universities and colleges and will live in campus housing.
Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program Program (Muskie) - provides opportunities for graduate students and professionals from Azerbaijan for one-year non-degree, one-year degree or two-year degree study in the United States. Eligible fields of study for the Muskie Program are: business administration, economics, education, environmental management, international affairs, journalism and mass communication, law, library and information science, public administration, public health, and public policy.
Eurasia/South Asia Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (TEA) - brings outstanding secondary teachers of english and social studies to the US for a 6-week professional development program to develop expertise in their subject areas, to enhance their teaching skills, and to increase their knowledge about the US.
All programs are fully funded. Selection is conducted through an open merit-based competition.
