2012-2013 Global UGRAD Program Application is Available now!01.12.2011

IREX Azerbaijan is pleased to announce that applications are currently available for the 2012-2013 cycle of Global UGRAD Program. Paper applications, including all supporting documents, are due to the IREX by 5 PM Thursday, December 22, 2011.
